Welcoming Anita Tulsiani: Bringing The Playbook to Eldercare Transitions

What families face as parents age isn’t straightforward. It’s messy, emotional, and hard to navigate.

Dell in the 1990s—Where It Started

I’ve known Bart since the mid-90s when we first met at Dell. He came from a commercial real estate background. It’s funny who you rub shoulders with, and how those dots connect over time.

In Bart’s case, those connections stuck and stuck with me 🙂. I had a hand in introducing him to his now wife, Kelly, two of my closest friends, now married for over 19 years. Looking back, life has a way of coming full circle.

But back to work, I found my way into real estate myself, not from the deal side, but through the technology behind it, working at CoreLogic (now Cotality), a pioneer of the Multiple Listing Service. That became my lane, and my love.

This One’s Personal

Helping my mom, now 83 and a widow for nearly 30 years, figure out what came next changed how I see all of this.

Listing. Renting. Trying to help her manage her now rental property.
Lady bird deeds. Wills. Estates.
Even finding a handyman.

And ultimately, getting her to the right, independent living and hopefully happily ever after….till the afterlife.

It’s not a straight line. It’s layered decisions, a zig-zag, with lots of twists and turns, often made when you’re not fully ready.

I understand the weight. I’ve been helping my mom for nearly 30 years and I know what responsibility looks like, what goes unsaid, and how hard it is to move forward..

Why This Matters

That’s why I’m excited to support Bart and Rick, co-founders of True Care Transitions, as a marketing advisor, bringing clarity to moments that don’t come with a playbook.

No fluff. No overcomplication. Just helping families make the next right decision, with the right support, at the right time.

Because when everything feels uncertain, clarity matters most.
